Ingredients
2 medium sized Karela
1 green mango
2-3 green chilli
½ tablespoon oil
1-2 teaspoon mustard seeds
Salt to taste
Method
Chop the karela to small pieces. Reject any seeds. Cut mango into
similar pieces. Heat oil in a pan and when hot add mustard seeds and green chilli.
Transfer chopped karela and mango into the pan and mix. Add salt and some water and mix. Simmer on low heat until done.
